This instructional design document was inspired by Your Instructional Designer's January 2021 portfolio challenge. Aufe Fitness is a gym franchise with 11 locations throughout the United States and employs about 700 people nationally. COVID devastated their in-house business, so they implemented an online program. This document outlines a sales enablement blended training program to achieve their goals of growing their online program from 1,300 members to 15,000 members.
